Yes. The bungee helps reduce the impact placed on your joints compared with many traditional high-impact workouts. That said, it can still be an intense workout, and everyone should work at a level that feels appropriate for them.

Wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid loose clothing around the legs and waist since you will be wearing a harness. Shorts are NOT recommended. Please wear tennis shoes and we encourage you to have your hair up or in a bun!

Just bring yourself, water, and a positive attitude! We’ll provide the bungee equipment and everything you need for class.

You’ll wear a specially designed harness that connects to a bungee cord secured above you. Our instructors will help you get properly fitted and make sure you understand how to move safely before class begins.

Yes! You do not have to be in great shape to get started. Bungee fitness is a great way to begin moving and build strength and endurance at your own pace.

Bungee fitness is low impact, but that does not mean it is appropriate for every injury or medical condition. If you have an injury, medical condition, or concerns about exercising, talk with your healthcare provider before participating.

No! Your instructor can demonstrate modifications and alternative movements based on your ability and comfort level.

Tell your instructor immediately. You should never feel pressured to perform a movement that doesn't feel right for you. Your instructor can provide a modification or help you safely exit the exercise.
